Officers

President

The president shall organize meetings, coordinate directly with the group advisor, and assign tasks to individual officers.

Vice President

The vice president shall work side by side with the president on any projects, as well as help organize new projects and events for the organization. In the absence of the president, the vice president will act on their behalf.

Treasurer

The treasurer shall manage funds, update and keep all related documentation for the group. They will ensure compliance with university-mandated financial obligations and seek out new funding for the organization.

Secretary

The secretary shall document all meetings and file organizational reports with the Department of Campus Life.

Mechanical Lead

The mechanical lead shall serve as a technical resource and team leader for mechanical aspects of the organization’s projects.

Electrical Lead

The electrical lead shall serve as a technical resource and team leader for electrical aspects of the organization’s projects.

Control Systems Lead

The electrical lead shall serve as a technical resource and team leader for the programming and control aspects of the organization’s projects.

Outreach Officer

The outreach officer shall work to gain interest towards the club from students and outside organizations. They are responsible for the maintenance of the club website and other social accounts.
